Integrated 1:1 Wellbeing Sessions
A calm, trauma-aware, whole-person approach to emotional and embodied wellbeing

Introduction

These one-to-one sessions offer a supportive, integrative space to explore what’s happening for you — emotionally, physically, energetically, and in daily life.

Each session is guided by what feels most supportive in the moment, drawing on a range of therapeutic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. There is no fixed formula and no expectation to “fit” a particular modality.

How I work

My approach is integrative and relational. Sessions may include elements of:

  • Psychological insight and counselling skills

  • Rahanni and gentle energy work

  • BodyTalk principles

  • Somatic awareness and mindfulness

  • Yoga-informed practices (where appropriate)

  • Nutrition and lifestyle reflection

We work collaboratively, at your pace, responding to your needs as they arise.

What sessions can support

People often come to these sessions for support with:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Nervous system regulation and grounding

  • Trauma-aware support and integration

  • Life transitions, burnout, or loss of direction

  • Reconnection with self, body, and inner resources

You don’t need to know why something feels difficult before coming — clarity often emerges through the process itself.

  • Format: Online (via video call)

  • Approach: Integrative, client-led, non-prescriptive
